Amboori - A Journey to the unknown waterfall in kerala

 

About the location : 

Amboori is a small village located in the Vellarada Panchayat of Thiruvananthapuram District. It is known for it's geographical area, covered by the western ghats mountain and on the eastern part is covered by the densely forested neyyar wildlife santuary.

The Journey.

After 8 months of fully lockdown in india, we decided to go somewhere peaceful. An unfamiliar place. I read, researched and found a location. An untouched waterfall. 

The waterfall is situated on the outskirts of amboori. You cannot find the exact google map location of this waterfall. We travelled almost 40km to get here and we found this location with the help of local peoples. We have to walk into the forest to get there. 

The walk into the dense forest was little adventurous as it is covered full of naturally formed rocks. The area was so sloppy, we actually fall down several times 😅 but it was really and adventurous walk. ❤️

Every  location has it's own beauty, we have to observe and capture every moment ❤️. I captured this picture because i loved that frame. Rocks, bamboo trees and sunlight on top. ✨

In the next moment we have reached our destination. It takes almost 20 minutes to get here. The water was so crystal-clear and no one was there on the spot. It was such a wonderful experience to witness such priceless beauty in the nature.

There is beauty in simplicity. If you are a photo enthusiast, you can take beautiful pictures on this beautiful scenic nature.

 A calm and quiet atmosphere with the nature. ❤️
